This feature is perfect for those pesky updates like outdated disclaimers. Usually, agents like to have a listing presentation they continually update and use throughout the years. Before, any updates made to a master template meant the user would have to open up a brand new version and re-do their personal customizations, Insta-Rebrand allows for quick updates to be made to their saved designs with no extra work on the user’s part.
Insta-Rebrand is also a handy recruiting tool. Potential new agents who have their own brand and want guarantees they can have templates with their look. Insta-rebrand makes the onboarding process for new hires even smoother. You don’t have to worry about uploading all of their designs, you can take existing templates and quickly swap out the branding to maintain integrity of their branding and a cohesive gallery in the Maxa platform.

With Insta-Rebrand, you can update any of the following across your entire template library in one go:
- Fonts — swap typefaces platform-wide in seconds
- Colors — update brand colors across every design instantly
- Logos — replace an old logo with a new one everywhere it appears
- Images — swap out any image across all templates at once

How It Works
- Log in to your Maxa admin dashboard
- Open the Insta-Rebrand tool
- Select what you want to change and what you want to replace it with
- Hit apply — and watch it update across every template instantly
You can also use the shortcut tool, Master Components, right in the designer by setting components you may need to change later on all user’s dashboard-saved designs.
- Open up a master template
- Right click an element you’d like to set as a Master Component
- Save the design
The master component will automatically be red locked and connect live to all user saved designs when an update is made to the assigned text box.
Tip: This is great for updating outdated disclaimers on user’s dashboard-saved listing presentations!
