See what your users are actually designing with our updated user tab on admin.
We organize your templates by category and then sub-category. We can also organize your categories into Groups! Check it out under the category tab!
Check engagement by going to your dashboard on admin page to see how many total users compared to how many recently active users there are. We are seeing 80%-90% engagement!
Don’t forget we can set categories or templates to have compliance review before users can publish their designs! You can set it yourself by clicking edit and check the box to require compliance. Don’t forget to select the compliance admin in user!
Mark categories and templates as "NEW" for users to check out new designs. Click edit for categories or templates and you’ll see the option!
Communicate with your users by adding promotional pop ups when users log in. You can add a video link to play or upload an image to pop up!
Click on promotions tab in admin.
Upload brand assets, resources, and more for users to download and have everything in one place! Hover your mouse over the design tab on admin and click on downloadable files.
Upload your company’s stock photos for users to have when designing! Reach out to to set it up!
Add up to 5 sub-categories within one category for further template organizations. On edit category, there is an option to add sub-category names!
Go to analytics tab on admin to see total designs created by your team with our templates, hours on the platform, top categories, top users, and more!
Now you can create a new password for users who forget their password. Click edit user on the user tab and towards the bottom you can set a new password!
Limit the fonts available in the designer so users don’t go crazy with font choices! Reach out to us if you want to work on it!
Make some of your templates and categories only available to specific users and offices. Email us to set it up!
Add a custom website and URL redirect as categories when users click “Create New”. Create a category: when editing, you’ll see the option to add a URL for redirect. Make sure to add an ICON design that is PNG!
Don’t forget to suspend or delete users who leave your company! We don’t want your competition finding out about this amazing platform.
We have a secret feature where users can RSVP for an event or schedule for appointments from our platform… We can even make them pay for the event or appointment! Let us know if you’d like us to turn this feature on for you!
